   Hi

   My colleague, Ian Ransome had a lunch booking with you on 8th November and was given the wrong receipt for his meal but has only just realised when trying to process his expenses!

   The cost was approximately £40 and the receipt I have here is for £58.10 and included kids meals as well.

   Can you please fax or e-mail a correct receipt for this lunch please? My fax number is 01763 227201.

   Had a lovely lunch at your delightful pub – we had never been before, but received a very warm welcome, and lovely Thai Chicken Soup too.
   There is a very nice walk of about 3 miles which would be very good for anyone thinking of visiting you. Follow this link

   i used to drink in your pub around 1973 and played soccer with therfield fc
   fox and duck still looks great hope to visit now iam retired
   actually used to sing afew songs much to the amusement of the locals
   was friendly with a dave warren who used to drink there but lost touch decades ago

   Just watched four in a bed,I was under the impression that the competition was based on hosting ,facilities,and standard of accomodation,wich in my opinion you met to a very high standard,water leaks are well beyond your control and you should not have been penalised for this,if i was ever in the area your establishment would be top of the list to stayBest of luck for the future youre the true winners in my opinion,(John said he was from wales in the show,is he from Newport he looks very familliar)once again all the best , Tony

     Hi Tony, thank you for your kind comments, I have got to say we do feel a bit robbed but we have had such fabulous feedback and we feel we have come out of the experience winners.
