At 16, Pat won The Best Up and Coming Chef award at Ealing Technical College where she started her training. Passing all her exams with honors she went on to work for the BBC in their executive kitchens and then to Westminster where she was cooking for people like the Prime Minister and many foreign dignitaries. She finished up owning a night club and restaurant which was known as one of the best steak houses in Cardiff.

She has spent 10 years in France and Spain where she gained an even broader experience and respect for food.

Pat is known for her visionary thinking. She has a passion for technology and the Internet and believes that a business can not succeed unless they have a large Internet presence and marketing strategy. As a trusted mentor and motivator, Pat inspires her men-tees with her “can do” attitude. Pat prefers to teach people to take action for themselves, her philosophy is “Tell me and I will forget, show me and I may not remember, involve me and I will understand”.

An experienced businesswoman with a great record of achievements, she has owned a number of businesses spanning a variety of industries from baby clothes to boutiques and restaurants to night clubs. She was the owner and Executive Chef of the famous “Bananas” night club in Cardiff.

Pat says, “I am passionate about motivating people to do more with their lives”.

Pat has worked closely with Business Development Agencies, Inspirational Women, Shakti Women, Business Empowerment Networks, Women Business Angels and many more. She has delivered many motivational talks and seminars to business groups of both men and women. In 2008, Pat was elected as a governor of The Birmingham Women’s Hospital and Chair of their Buildings and Environments Committee.

Pat is not only a great Chef, she is a web marketing specialist, a trained hypnotherapist, a qualified NLP practitioner, a professional speaker and a mentor. When she had more time, she was a regular contributer to the letters pages of the Birmingham Post and was the business agony aunt for the magazine “Advice for Growth”.
In 2007, Pat was a regular guest radio presenter for the web radio station, Net Talk Radio, answering questions from listeners on business and business angel investing.
